Hogy is néz ki ez a gyakorlatban

A szolgáltatásban dolgozók akkor is dolgoznak, mikor mások szabadok, vagyis a repülőtéren a hétvégén, vagy ünnepnap is dolgozni kell. Természetesen mindenki kap dupla szabad hétvégét, de havonta nagy valószínűséggel csak egy alkalommal és az sem biztos, hogy az szombat/vasárnap, akár vasárnap/hétfő is lehet.
A napi munkaidő 8 óra! Munkát kezdeni azonban hajnali 4 és 15.00 óra között bármikor lehet. Minden hónap 24-én napra lebontva kapnak a dolgozók tájékoztatást arról, hogy a következő hónap melyik napján hány órakor kell munkát kezdeni.
Nagyon fontos tudni, hogy a havi munkanapok és szabadnapok száma pontosan ugyanannyi lesz, mint bárki másnak, aki irodában dolgozik.
